Need a concrete contractor in Titusville, FL? We're a Brevard County concrete company, and North Brevard is part of the area we serve. Our own crew does the work. We don't outsource it.

In Titusville, driveways and slabs are both permit types on the City's building permit application. If your job needs one, we handle getting it.

Which concrete job do you have in Titusville?

Pouring something new

  • Driveway: a new one, a replacement, a wider one, or the apron at the street. We seal and reseal plain concrete driveways, too.
  • Patio: plain or finished.
  • Pool deck: a new deck, or resurfacing the one you have.
  • Slab: shed, RV, boat and dumpster pads, or a metal-building slab.
  • Sidewalk, walkway or entrance: new pours and repairs for homes, HOAs, churches and businesses.

Fixing what's there

Changing how it looks

  • Stamped concrete: you pick the pattern and color, so show us the look you want. It can go over existing concrete as an overlay.
  • Staining adds color. Polishing gives an indoor floor a matte, satin or high-gloss finish.
  • Garage floors: repairs and finishes on the concrete itself. We don't install coatings.

Running a business or an HOA? See commercial concrete. We also subcontract for general contractors.

Not sure which one fits? Send a photo, and we'll tell you.

What does Titusville require for a driveway or slab?

From the City's own documents:

  • Both are listed. "Driveway" and "Slab" are permit types on the City's building permit application. (Building Permit application)
  • Permit first. The applicant certifies on that form that no work started before the permit was issued.
  • State roads. A driveway connecting to a state road, such as US-1, also needs an FDOT connection permit. (Rule 14-96.003, F.A.C.)

The City's pages don't say whether an apron in a City street needs its own right-of-way permit. We'll tell you at the estimate.

If your job needs a permit, we handle getting it. City questions: 321-567-3775, the number on its Permits, Forms & Policies page.

Rules last checked September 28, 2026. Local rules change. More detail: our Brevard driveway permit guide.

What if your driveway crosses a drainage or utility easement?

Part of a lot can sit inside a public drainage or utility easement. To pave there, the owner signs a City waiver, accepting that:

  • the City may remove that pavement at any time, without notice;
  • the City isn't liable for damage to it;
  • the owner pays to repair or replace it.

(Pavement Waiver of Liability)

So concrete in an easement may have to come out someday, at your cost. Not sure your lot has one? Ask the City first.

What does a concrete driveway typically cost in Central Florida?

No Titusville or Brevard figure is published. Central Florida driveways typically run $5–$21 per sq ft, and most land between $2,738 and $14,703 (Angi, Orlando, FL cost guide, updated May 2026). These are market estimates, not our prices.
